Tony is our Managing Director and Principal Health and Safety Consultant. He is OSHCR registered, a Chartered Manager and CDM Advisor. Tony is a lead safety auditor, quality auditor, environmental auditor and SMSTS trained.
Tony has over 26 years experience in construction and manufacturing and 16 years experience in the rail industry. Tony acts as safety advisor and CE Marking Consultant for many organisations throughout the North West and the UK and has helped organisations of all sizes to improve their health and safety systems and to gain safety accreditations and ISO standards. He has vast experience of supply chain management and assessment of sub contractors and suppliers. He has experience of BS EN 1090 and Factory Production Control implementation as well as industrial accident investigations and reporting.
Gemma is our Business Development Manager
and has 10 years experience as a Sales Executive in the steel industry, along with a further 5 years sales experience in retail.
Gemma has recently joined the business to develop new markets, increase sales and co-ordinate our training and consultancy services.
Dave is a qualified Health and Safety Consultant and
CDM Advisor. He has expertise in mechanical handling,
LOLER and electrical installations as well as experience
in manufacturing and construction.
Dave is also experienced in golf club management and has over 40 years of industry experience.
Neil is a systems management consultant and
environmental consultant. He has worked with many
organisations assisting them to gain ISO 9001, ISO
14001 and OHSAS 18001 along with CE Marking/BS EN 1090 and some NHSS standards.
Neil has over 20 years experience of integrated management systems and internal auditing.
Terry is a qualified Health and Safety Consultant and CDM Advisor. He has expertise in construction,
manufacturing and warehousing. He has extensive
knowledge of CoSHH assessment and general health
and safety across many industries.
Terry is experienced in preparing Pre Construction Information and Construction Phase Plans and has over 40 years of industry experience.
John is a qualified CMIOSH health and safety advisor
and has many years experience in the demolition,
construction, refurbishment and civil engineering industries.
John has extensive knowledge of CDM, preparing Pre Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans. John has an NVQ3 in Construction Site Supervision (DEMOLITION) and has been involved in the Construction industry for over 30 years.
Steven provides architectural services, planning
applications, building plans along with project
management and building surveying throughout the UK.
Steven has a broad range of clients and has worked on a variety of projects from small residential design work
through to multi-million pound commercial projects.
Steven has over 10 years experience in the industry.
Marcus is a management systems and CE Marking consultant. He specialises in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and EN 1090 (CE Marking) certification and has experience of NHSS standards.
Marcus has over 16 years experience of implementing management systems. Marcus also has experience in conducting internal audits and third party assessments.
Johnny is a BSIF fit2fit accredited face fit technician. He
can carry out both quantitative and qualitative fit testing of
respiratory protective equipment and train the tester training.

Lee is an exceptional health and safety trainer with a
vast array of training competencies and experience. Lee is Qualified with PTLLS, CTLLS, NEBOSH Certificate and a Health and Safety Diploma.
Lee is an ITSSAR accredited trainer with over 25 years experience.
