Competent Person Retainer Services
We provide a qualified health and safety advisor to act as your company’s competent person in order to assist in meeting your legal health and safety obligations, as specified in Regulation 7 of the Management of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
We do not insist on long term contracts which some other providers do. We provide an annual retainer contract which can be paid for monthly if you choose to do so. We are confident that you will retain our services year on year. Whilst you have a paid Competent Person Retainer Contract in place you will benefit from the services stated and hopefully we will add value to your business and help you to create a safe working environment.
- You may quote TL Safety Ltd as your Competent Person on your website or safety documentation.
- You will receive a retainer certificate confirming that we act as your Competent Person for Health & Safety.
- You will have Health and Safety advice by telephone when you need it.
- Use of your competent person's CV to assist with tenders, PQQ's and any safety accreditations.
- Updates on changes to health & safety legislation and newsletters.
- Experienced, competent and friendly health & safety advisor.
- Priority access to any of our other paid services that you may require.
